Job Posting - Marine Coordinator

We are looking for an entry level Marine Coordinator for a company involved in the Marine Support Services in the Middle East. The ideal candidate should have relevant qualifications & experience in: • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; internships or exposure to marine, offshore, shipping, port or logistics operations are an advantage.
• Basic understanding of marine terminology, vessel operations and operational documentation.
• Good written and spoken English; Arabic or another relevant language is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Valid driving license and willingness to visit operational sites are preferred where relevant.
The position requires a capable professional who supports the safe, timely and efficient delivery of marine operations. The role assists with vessel movements, crew and contractor coordination, documentation, logistics, client communication and daily operational reporting while following company procedures and applicable marine requirements. Role is 3 months Karachi based probation period, followed by assignment in Saudi / Bahrain Office. If you have the qualifications and experience for this role, we would appreciate your detailed CV.
